Made this eye model 3D in blender. I used a simple sphere and then I had to carefully create a UV texture on which I applied this free eye texture (http://www.textures4photoshop.com/tex/misc/cartoon-eye-texture-free.aspx) from http://www.Textures4Photoshop.com.
